As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to impact our area, we recognize it’s more important than ever to remain in touch with your PMA providers.
In compliance with CDC recommendations and to protect the health of our staff, patients and larger community, we at PMA are seeing all patients via telemedicine until further notice. We are still accepting new patients to the practice. Insurance companies have approved coverage for these services during this time and it is anticipated this will continue until public health concerns surrounding COVID-19 resolve.
Your appointment will be held in a HIPAA secure, Zoom meeting room. A bit before your appointment time, click the appropriate link below and follow the prompts. You will be taken to a virtual “waiting room” and your provider will invite you into their private meeting room at the time of your appointment.
If you need assistance accessing your portal account or have any questions, our staff will be available between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday – Thursday and 8:00am – 1:00pm on Fridays.
Please call (206)386-3103 for assistance.
Thank you and we look forward to serving you,
