Psychiatric Medicine Associates is located in the West Lake Union Center at 1505 Westlake Ave N.The clinic suite can only be accessed by the WEST ELEVATORS which are located on the THIRD floor atrium in the back of the building, and are also accessible from the building’s parking garage, or by walking up the stairs after entering the building from the street. From the garage, take the WEST ELEVATORS to the 9th floor. There is NO ENTRY from Dexter Avenue (west side of the building).

Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm

If you are experiencing an emergency after business hours, call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room. 

The King County Crisis Line phone number is (206) 461-3222.

Patient Portal

Established patients can click here to access the secure patient portal. In the patient portal you can send secure messages to you physician, complete the questionnaires and confirm appointments.  The log in is your full email address.
